Maroons features a combination of Southern specialties, such as fried green tomatoes or collard greens, along with Jamaican fare like jerk chicken wings, cod fish fritters and Crispy Yuca Puffs appetizers. Jerk chicken is served, of course, but Maroons also ventures into authentic Jamaican in its Bossie's Curry Goat, served with white rice and succotash, and its Ms. Winnies' Jamaican Spicy Fried Fish, served with white rice and callalo.
